Burgers, Tacos, Burritos, Jollof and Bibimbap — one calorie tracker that knows them all.
A calorie and macro diary with 403 dishes across 16 cuisines, barcode scanning, and a diary that lives on your own phone. No ads. No trackers.

Food the big trackers guess at
Most calorie apps cover Western supermarket food well and everything else badly — you end up logging “rice, white, cooked” for a plate of jollof. MetraFit ships proper entries for the food people actually cook.

Everything you'd expect from a food diary
Barcode scanning
Point at a packet and log it. Included, not sold as an upgrade.
Recipes and saved meals
Build a dish once, log it by the serving. Import a recipe from a link.
Weight, steps and water
A trend line that ignores daily noise, and steps from your phone — no wearable needed.
Works offline
The diary, the database and the maths all run on your phone. An account only adds sync.
If you track more than calories
Record blood glucose and blood pressure readings from your own meter or cuff, alongside the meals that came before them. MetraFit measures nothing and interprets nothing — it keeps the log, so what you ate and what your numbers did sit on the same page.
Blood glucose
Readings tagged fasting, before or after a meal, in mg/dL or mmol/L. Carb counts are already the strongest part of the food database.
Blood pressure
Systolic, diastolic and pulse from your own cuff, with the time you took it.
Both are switched off unless you turn them on, and neither offers a medical opinion on the numbers. Take those to your doctor.
What it costs
$29.99
per year
That is $2.50 a month, with a 7-day free trial. $4.99 if you would rather pay monthly.
For comparison, the best-known tracker charges around $19.99 a month and keeps barcode scanning behind that.
What we don't do

No analytics or tracking SDKs — there are none in the app at all
We never sell your data, and there is nobody to sell it to

MetraFit is a logging tool, not medical advice. Calorie and macro figures are estimates. Step counting needs the phone app.
